I love Xerocraft. It is a Makerspace with a huge variety of things to do - 3D printing, laser cutting/engraving, jewelry making, glass fusion, a CNC machine, a wood shop, electronics supplies, even a blacksmithing area. They offer classes in these areas that are open to non-members, although you do have to be a member to be certified to work on stuff on your own. Most (all?) areas generally have open studio time when there's someone in the shop to help answer questions and help you learn to do stuff. The classes are great and, even outside of classes and studio time, lots of people are happy to help you learn stuff. They also offer options to pay for the membership with volunteer time if the price is out of your ability. On top of all of this, the leadership and staff of Xerocraft is great. They communicate well and are quick to respond to questions you might have. I can't recommend it enough.

The place is great! I made friends and I am Learning alot of great stuff such as laser cutting and 3D printing which I don't have initial knowledge about. Overall, it is a great place for someone who's trying to learn new things or level up their talent. 10/10

An amazing place if you’re into arts and tinkering! Xenocraft Makerspace is a non-profit and volunteer run community tool shop or tool library. On the second level, are the radio station KMKR 99.9 and CAD (computer aided design) stations. On the main level are: the reception area, laser cutters, vinyl cutter, 3D printing with four PLA printers, Art classroom/sewing room, wood shop (lathe, table saws, shaver, drill press and more) and machine shop. Outside behind the building are welding and blacksmith stations. On the basement level are classroom, jewelry station, electronics (repair), and CNC (computerized numerical control). Student discount available. Such an amazing place, Highly recommended!

This is an incredible third space in the heart of Downtown Tucson Arizona. Everyone who wants to check this place needs to tell their friends, family and loved ones to join. An absolute must visit destination just 4 minutes away from the freeway, and 5 minutes from the UofA.

The space is very organized and as clean as they can keep it. The people are super friendly and immediately offered me a tour and made me feel right at home! I'm just passing through right now, but if I come to Tucson for an extended stay I'll definitely frequent this space! It is a fully fitted workshop with everything you need from glass blowing to welding, to jewelry making, it's amazing!
