I’ve had an amazing experience with incept3d. Their communication is quick and helpful. They are truly supporting the community by offering “free filament Fridays”. They offer their low filament spools for others that can put them to use free of charge. They contributed a significant amount of material to our high school club free of charge just out of the kindness of their heart and their desire to see the printing community grow. Incept 3D was an absolute wonder to work with. We had a rushed multicolor print that was more so on the intricate side and they made our incredibly strict timeline work despite production limitations. I just worked with Michael and Katie on a prototyping project I needed some visualizations for. They were extremely attentive to what I needed, had very detailed and beneficial feedback on the best way to achieve what I needed, AND delivered a perfect set of parts in less than a week!
