Jinxbot saved me! I was on the first day of the 550 mile AIDS LifeCycle 2023 fundraising ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles. Just before I reached the first night stop in Santa Cruz, I was in a crash that damaged my Italian front derailleur (Campagnolo). After extensive searching, I would not be able to receive a replacement for several weeks and would be out of the ride that I had trained for months for. The broken part was plastic and I was able to find and download a 3D design for the part. Jinxbot printed it for me the same afternoon - and in a plastic that could take the stress. It fit perfectly, I got back on the ride the next day, and it held up for the rest of the 550 mile journey! Thanks Jinxbot!

I decided to get some grips printed for my AYA Neo 2021. I was confused about the options so i called the store and was able to get my order set up on the website while talking on the phone about any questions i had. Overall it was a fantastic experience. Even the pickup was smooth, they have you select a time window and pick up from a locker right outside. excellent customer service!
