Where do I even begin. From the moment I interacted with Brian, I knew I was dealing with a professional and a proud father. From the endearing way his daughters could be heard in the background of our call, to the near-instantaneous manner in which he responded to my emails, to the unprompted phone call he made just to ensure the quality and timing of the job, absolutely everything was done with exemplary skill and wisdom. And then still, when I would send files of an incorrect size, or missing necessary bleed and margins, he patiently and diligently explained how I might fix the error and resend. This is the kind of service that America and much of the world at large sorely lacks, and why online "easy to use" print services exist en masse. Had I sent just the first of my emails with the incorrect file, any online service would have probably just spit out an "ERROR" response email, with no way for me to be in contact with an actual human and fix it in time. With Brian, I never had to worry for a moment that this business card job would be completed on time for an important leadership conference I am attending tomorrow. And I am genuinely writing this having seen nothing but the front of the cards I ordered, which looks FANTASTIC. I cannot wait to give all of these out just so I have an excuse to order an even higher quality set of cards and really see what Brian can do. Absolute masterclass of a business and man. And for running their business out of their home, while I did feel like I was comically intruding a bit, his wife was an absolutely kind soul and just added to the warm feelings of the entire experience. I would recommend nothing more highly than this great couple and business.
