3D Herndon - 3D Printing Service in Washington

To all who search for experts to guide them through difficult waters, search no further. 3DHerndon is the ONLY place I will get my supplies and support from going forward. I was looking for someone who really knew 3D printing and not just sold pieces and parts, like so many others. I was pleasantly surprised by their general interest in what I had, what I wanted to print, and my good and bad experiences with what I current had, a Creality CR-10 Smart (3 years). 3D Herndon worked with me on a few prints and showed me just how dedicated they were in supporting my successful prints for my woodworking sharpening platform, and they nailed it. Fast forward, and I now have a new Bambu X1C w/ AMS, and it is NIGHT AND DAY, as compared to my older unit. By the way, it only took me 11 minutes to sell the old unit on Facebook Marketplace and they picked it up last night. Win Win. All in all, I am super happy with 3DHerndon for educating me on everything, and how they gracefully pulled me into the present day. Setup was absolutely PAINLESS! I found these guys after I bought my A1 printer and wanted to find the bambu filament locally. They are by far one of the most amazing shops of any kind I've ever been in. I could easily buy what I get online but I really enjoy going to their shop. They have almost anything you could ever want for your printer and if they don't, they'll go out of their way to get it. Rann ( spelling ) and Jr are two of the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. They have top notch product and service, for 3D printing nobody is even close. No matter how busy they are they always take the time to answer my questions or help me find something. You will not find a better shop. I have sent several friends outside the area to them online and they tell me their shipping is very quick and perfectly executed. I can't recommend them enough.

Had a great experience working with JR with both repair work and new printers. Looking forward to trying some of their classes! Recommend calling them during regular business hours. They’re super helpful over the phone but less responsive over email.

We purchased a 3D printer for our kids for Christmas and we received our shipment in no time at all. We have printed fidget spinners, toys and keychains - we love the product!! We did have a printer issue that 3D Herndon prioritized and literally held our hand through a step by step tutorial. We are so grateful for the patience their team displayed with us in getting us back up and running. We purchased from 3D Herndon because we were told they were the best. Well, we live in Louisiana and they simply have the product availability and the expertise that anyone would want! Lots of other choices closer to home, but none as good as 3D Herndon!! Ask for JR, he's the best!!
