Ultimate 3D Printing Store - 3D Printing Service in Tampa

I had two weeks off of work for the holidays and I had the itch to get back into the 3D printing hobby and treat myself for Christmas. I settled on getting an X1 Carbon but have been hearing horror stories about their shipping times and product not actually being in stock. I live in Orlando and U3DPS was an authorized reseller for Bambu and also had a killer X1 Carbon bundle available on their website. I called up and asked if they'd be okay with me picking up the unit. They got me setup with a custom order with the shipping cost removed and I was able to pick up the same day. When I got there, I was greeted and my order was rolled out. I asked if I can order filament to which I was brought to the back to pick from their catalog to also take home with me. The whole experience was extremely personable and the drive down was totally worth it. This place deserves all the business even if you're not a "local". They did right by me as a customer by saving me the shipping cost and also have incredibly reliable prices and all accessories available for Bambu. I'm so happy I stumbled across them and overall incredibly satisfied with my experience.

Read the terms of sale carefully before buying here! They have VERY consumer-unfriendly terms. I placed an order for a very expensive piece of equipment. After reconsideration, I decided I wanted the MORE EXPENSIVE model, instead. When I tried to cancel the initial order (it had not shipped yet) so I could order the more expensive one, they refused. They claimed they had already submitted the order with the manufacturer, and they couldn't cancel it. Again, the order had not shipped yet. Their terms of sale claim that ANY returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, even if the item is brand new and the package has never been opened. So instead of trying to make a happy customer and selling me a more expensive model, they'd rather leave me on the hook for a 20% restocking fee and leave me feeling bitter and cheated. They could just cancel the order at no cost to anyone, but they choose not to. I'm never buying here again. I'll return the product, eat the 20% restocking fee, and buy the more expensive model elsewhere to ensure they never get more of my money. update 2025-06-12: Credit where credit is due (pun fully intended), they DID in fact refund the entire order amount once they received my return, AND they covered the cost of return shipping. I appreciate that, and have increased my rating from 1 star to 4 as a result. Would still prefer better, quicker communication and a clearer, more customer-friendly return policy on their website.

I have been trying to get a 4th Axis for my I2R A24 for a long while. Got my order refunded twice due to unavailability. But they assured me it was going to happen and kept me informed. Took a while, but they came through. Sometimes patience is key. Well done!

I'm kind of in the middle on my feelings about this place, it's local so calling up and placing an order for filament or a printer or parts is convenient and i absolutely hate waiting for amazon drivers to screw up a delivery so ill take the ride, the office personel were polite, knowledgable and informative, however i bought some reall nice fillament from them and some bargain basement CRAP as well. the crap filament is where i have an issue, i bought discount grey fillament for $5 a roll unaware that all 5 rolls were badly defective and in multiple segmants and took hours to weld and re-roll, im disappointed in the product that i was sold and disappointed that the staff could of made a better decision providing more information about the defective rolls, and less about the filament company goin out of buisness. with all the additional work that has to go into re-rolling this filament they should pay me to take it, if i have better luck in the future with discount filament or other equipment ill give them a better rating. yall need to give that filament away or throw it away, your gonna get a lot of complaints if u sell any more for even 5 bucks, when it can be bought for $9 on amazon with crap delivery

I have previously given this store, a negative review, but feel that I have jumped the gun. Kara Graham, Who by the way was amazing throughout this whole process told me that this company goes through a third-party vendor sometimes and that was the delay in my shipping. So as far as this company goes i have nothing but positive reviews.
