Awesome prices, awesome service and our go to place for any and all large format banner printing. We cant thank the crew at Indy enough for their fast responses and great customer support. They help to save us a lot of time and money keeping of our customers happy with a Win -Win solution for any sign shop around. Call them, order things too large for your shop to print, (mark it up to your customer) and save yourself a lot of time to focus on the next project!

No clue what happened at Indy. We here at Paul-Mark Printing have used their services for years. They decided a few years ago to get rid of sales staff that you could speak to. Now you can only communicate through emailing. And my last answered email was a few months ago. NOW - for a week I have sent emails trying to get a price for an item I need with NO answer. My only explanation is that they decided my business was not good enough for them. Which these days makes no sense. I now have to find a new vendor to do my large signage since I am no longer being "talked" to in any way.

I have been doing business with Indy Imaging for many years. I have to say they have not disappointed me EVER! I ordered two large prints mid December, they were printed and shipped in a couple of days. Unfortunately FED EX lost my prints. Indy Imaging, Assured us that they would handle it and they did, They reprinted the faces and shipped them right away. I will continue to do business with them. Thank you

I am not sure what happened with Indy Imaging, but I got denied for service, I have an Advertising company and I also run a Sign Business. I paid on time, never had issues with payments, so Not sure if they change owners, but service was denied to me, and I have a few clients waiting for quotes. I guess I will have to wait to go to ISA Sign Expo to see if there is more options for Flex Faces and Big banners print providers as wholesalers. They don't have a phone number neither, everything seems to be online service now, but few are being denied for service. I am one of them.

BEWARE of this company...they were once a strong and vibrant company. One I've used and recommended to others on multiple occasions for over 10 years. As a sign company using wholesalers for large format digital printing needs to support our in-house fabrication of signs, I found a good partner with these guys. Primarily using one amazing salesperson for a large chunk of it. Unfortunately, this has changed in the past 1-2 years. We've been rotated between sales people without warning based on them leaving the company suddenly. Having to call in to find out about quotes in progress. Now receiving a message from the owner who sounds like a kid telling me we are not a sign company, to prove it and our account should never been setup. This coming when there is an install of a 8k sign project in less than a week that I now have no graphics for. Not even offering to get us past this project. I've been in this business for 25 years, knowing most companies in my area and some nationally. About 35 companies...10+ of whom use this company based on my recommendation will recieve this concern. As well as social postings, among other opportunities, to tell this story. Don't walk...RUN, as you will surely see the decline I've noticed at some point, if not at every step of the way.
