When I started putting together the list of things I needed for my special project, I knew I needed to add a piece for the project that made it unique. Of course, there were setbacks and challenges along the way. One of the setbacks was getting what I considered the main piece of the project completed. Once I contacted Bauen through their website, a representative contacted me almost immediately. I provided the digital art and life-sized photos to help guide the creation of my project. Without hesitation, the Bauen representative was able to give me multiple options for the work requested. The process from beginning to end was seamless and I was given progress updates on the production of my request from start to finish. I tasked Bauen Innovations to make 3D key blocks for an obscure musical instrument that I play to make it easier and more comfortable to operate. After a great deal of trial and error I make a mockup of what I wanted. I am totally pleased and quite frankly astounded that they (Scott) got everything right matching the original cork mounts down to the millimeter and that the final product looks and functions as well as it does. It was worth every penny!

I have used this company a few times and I have to say I appreciate their knowledge and professionalism. They communicated extremely well on potential repair options and even gave good advice on when to just pull the plug and write off the machine for a loss. The folks at Bauen 3D Printing Innovations did an excellent job of getting my 3D Printer (a Creality Ender 3 v2) keyed in and tuned up so it was ready to go as soon as I plugged it in at home. When unexpected hurdles caused delays, they were responsive and communicated clearly what needed to be done along with a new timeline (the delays were from parts I was missing, not from error on their part). My very first print was a success. I cannot recommend them highly enough for your 3D printing needs, and will absolutely make them my first stop when purchase my second 3D printer. They are knowledgeable, provide fantastic support, and they are priced fairly.

Definitely a group of dependable hardworking individuals who work and communicate with their customers. The wait may be a little long for printer repair but that comes with how long the testing takes. I would definitely recommend if you are having printing issues!
