The team at AdvancedTek has always been great, from the initial sales of new technologies, to the ongoing customer support. The 3D printers we use are so reliable, we rarely need service, but when we do they are timely and very informative to keep us in the know. Would highly recommend, and do not know how we would get by without the equipment we use.
Great working with AdvancedTek for our large 3D printer needs!! Support is top notch and parts/supplies are always just a quick call or email away. Recent printer support call had the replacement part and technician onsite within 24 hours!!! Many thanks to Scott for his always quick responses and professional service, and to the whole AdvancedTek team!!!
I wanted to give a big thanks to Matt Havekost at AdvancedTek. When we started AIT we knew we needed 3D printing to support our manufacturing and automation needs. We worked with Matt because we had a long history with AdvsncedTek and Stratasys in the past. Matt recommended the right equipment for our growing needs. When we needed support, Matt was there to help. The printer runs everyday and makes great quality parts. Whether you need production printers or a desktop solution for your lab, Matt has an array of knowledge. Thanks for the support Matt.
We purchased a Stratasys Objet30 Prime printer almost three years ago from a company that was no longer going to sell Stratasys equipment. This was their demo unit. I didn’t know they were exiting the product line altogether; I thought they were just getting a newer model to demo. Imagine my surprise when I learned they would no longer service my machine! AdvancedTek to the rescue! We’ve had three service calls from AdvancedTek, so far. Saif Ansari performed the first call – installing the machine and providing some basic training. Scott Lawrence performed the next two calls – one to diagnose and replace a worn-out pump, and the second to recover our machine from my botched conversion to a new material. All three of these calls were completed very promptly, professionally, and to our complete satisfaction. In fact, this last call reinforced the value that AdvancedTek brings to the table for us. We were running out of one grade of material and I started the conversion to a new grade that we hadn’t used before. I was going through the steps to convert, but had to leave the system for a while. We don’t run our machine every day, so the delay became a couple days, then weeks. Before I knew it, it had been a couple months since I’d last run the machine. I was SURE that the printing heads were cured up and would require replacement. Scott thought a few tests were in order before taking the easy route and replacing the heads. He was right! He was able to recover full functionality of our machine without replacing the printing heads. Instead of taking the easy sale, he took the time to try to save us some money – and saved us over $3,000! I owe a big “Thank You” to Scott, Saif, Alan (Soriano), and the entire AdvancedTek team for your excellent support! You have no idea how much I appreciate our relationship – especially after feeling abandoned by the other guys! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!
I attended a short informal seminar here on 3D printing as it relates to Creo CAD software. The employees were very friendly and accommodating, Their room full of 3D printers and printed models is drool-worthy if you're into that stuff, and overall I just had a very good afternoon there!
