After finding out this place existed.... I about passed out. I guess we are lucky to have one of the few "big box" tech stores in the area that cater to Creality products. I don't print with creality though. So when I needed a Hemara, belts, nozzles, and some other things this was the only place I could physically go and pick it up. I was able to place my order online. Drive to their shop and pick it up. No 3 month wait from China. No fear of getting jacked up stuff and needing to wait for a return through the mail. That's worth it's weight in peek I tell you. Also, when you go to their shop they have some of the coolest test prints to envy over. I don't have pro equipment but I can still admire they have the option to assist me if I ever need some. Now, I have been going here for close to a year or so. Maybe two? When I went the first time they were not even a full blown store front but they still treated me with that store front service. If you want to buy something other than the limited selection at the mcenter I'd suggest giving 3dMakerWorld a go. Some photos of my larger prints I've been able to get completed thanks to working parts from 3dMakerWorld.

Found them online drove 2.5 hours and left my box of miscellaneous connectors back at the office. They had what I needed at a good prices and very friendly! Would definitely recommend!

Update: They reached out to me and explained the situation, I'm still disappointed but since they did take the time to properly apologize and explain I'm willing to change the review to 3 stars. Original Review: Purchased an item from their online store and they shipped it but then canceled the label and my order with no explanation. has not responded to any of my messages or emails. Overall very disappointed with them right now

I bought a $1200 3d printer from a company that I will not mention here. It is a pretty nice printer in all aspects except, the controller technology was old and was not up to its potential. I bought a Duet 2 Wifi control board from 3DMakerWorld and now that printer is capable of making end user parts. With that in mind, I purchased a second Duet 2 Wifi controller for another project. I had one support issue and contacted 3DMakerWorld about it. They sent me a new board immediately. I have a lot of issues with other suppliers that could care less about my problems. But, 3DMakerWorld and Duet 3D are top shelf. Thank you.
