I am a carpenter and I hired CADdesignhelp to design a new tool that I use for my job. I had a hand made prototype that they improved upon. Scott even helped me get my patent for it. Next I will be using them to get to mass production

I really regretted getting involved with this man. His name is Scott Tarcy. Sorry for the bad writing, English is not my native language. I approached him with a request to make a 3D design of a tree petal and handed over the finished sample. He said he could do it and his work would cost $200. I agreed and wired him $200 so he could start work immediately. We had a long correspondence, and each time he drew something new. He said that the 3D project will be ready in two weeks. But a month has passed. He told me he was traveling and I realized he wasn't working on my project. During this time, I asked another person to do the 3D design and he completed the job in five days and his price was $60. I then asked Scott to stop working on my project and return my money. But Scott said he wouldn't give me my money back. Scott said he'll keep trying :) to make a 3D design. I didn't want to wait forever. I told him that was enough and asked him to email me the crooked design he made. He told me I needed to wire him another $100 so he could do it. I thought it was a joke. But no. I asked him to give me my money back because he didn't do the job like he said he would. He promised that he could do it, but in reality he did not do half of what he said. I regard his actions as fraud. I really regretted contacting him. I regretted that I had not entered into a written agreement with him. This is my story and my experience. Be careful!!! I contacted Scott because I was in need of someone completing my prototype and provide a 3D CAD file. He reached back out to me immediately and we got started on the process. Scott has great communication and kept me informed throughout the process for building my draft. He also gave me tips on what might be better to help my product.
