10/10 service. Received my builds two days after placing the order and they’re beautiful. No chips or scratches, and handled delicately and with care. Matthias was helpful and professional regarding sizing, post-processing, and demeanor. His prices are beyond reasonable, he is quick to respond to emails and texts, and one stop by his shop is all you need to understand he is a family man with a genuine love for his craft. Amazing man I’ve got more builds I want to do, and Matthias will be my go-to guy. Thank you!

There is a reason this gentleman's business has 35 Five star ratings. He does fantastic, detailed work in a timely manner and at a fair price. My daughter drew a picture I wanted made into a topper for a cake. With only the front facing picture to work from, he turned it into a 3-D wonder I'm super excited about. You never know who to trust online or with money, but you have no worries when it comes to this business. I don't know what I'll want created next, but I'll definitely be back!

Matthias is everything you want from a business. He’s quick to respond, gives you a fair deal, and is reliable in both communication and product. Working with him was wonderful. I highly recommend using his services for any project you need something printed for. He also does custom creations, not just replacement parts. If you’re concerned of the fact that he works out of his home, he’s in a nice neighborhood and in an active area. I felt safe meeting with him outside of his home.

I had a wonderful experience with Matthialator’s 3D Printing and Repair. His business is located nearby, and he came to my house to assist me with my 3D printer. I had zero experience with 3D printing and had several failed attempts after purchasing a second-hand 3D printer online. I watched multiple YouTube videos and tried my best to improve the prints, but I eventually gave up and sought professional help from Matthias. He listened to everything I had tried and we worked together to get everything back to normal. He taught me the why we were doing things and things I need to check. We tightened the y-axis belt, which was a loose. We adjusted the extruder (E step) to match the required settings. We lubricated the bearings and ensured that all wheels were touching the supports so that the guide was straight. After we thought the printer was fully functional, we went to the computer and reviewed my settings for printing a 3D Benchy. As expected, many of my settings were very far off. Matthias helped me correct the more important settings and explained what certain things did. He also showed me the different infills, which I really appreciated. Once we had corrected the settings, we finally had a file to print, we attempted to print it, but we experienced a few clogs. He showed me how to clean the clog and common tricks while cleaning it. We ended up upgrading the hot end to the micro swiss, which I knew I wanted to do as I planned to print at a higher temperature for carbon fiber filament. After that, he noticed that the filament wasn't flowing properly, so we tightened the extruder. We started another print and the first few layers looked good. He felt confident I was on my way to good 3d prints! Matthias helped me print a very nice 3D Benchy! I cannot express how happy I was to have an expert guide me through the important things and teach me what to look for and how to set things up. I went from having zero knowledge to having a good working printer that I can tweak to my personal preferences! I highly recommend Matthias and will be referring him to anyone who has issues with their 3D printer.
