Bruce and the team at 3D Strategic Solutions were absolute professionals. Our use case was very specific and it was not clear which 3D scanner would best suit our application. Bruce stayed with us through the RFP process, answered all our questions, and never pressured us to buy. We have since purchased an EinScan HX and we love it. Had we not had 3D Strategic Solutions assist us in making our selection I'm certain we would have purchased the wrong scanner.

I really like the results I've gotten so far from the EinScan SP. That said, the application is not at all intuitive. It took some back and forth with the Shining3D technical support person for me to figure out why the application did not see the scanner was hooked up. It's finicky. It requires me to have the application open before I turn on the scanner. Once I was able to use the scanner, the workflow was unclear. Thankfully, Bruce at Strategic 3D Solutuions stepped in and walked me through a few things that got me to where I needed to be. Shining 3D needs to up their game on their user interface, documentation, training videos, technical support, etc. I appreciate Bruce stepping up and helping.

I have been working with Bruce for the past few weeks now. He is very knowledgeable and has always been quick to respond to my emails and calls. I have thrown several curve balls at him during our project and he has always been very flexible and quick to make changes. We plan to use him on all future projects and highly recommend that you do the same.
