Brought in a print to be mounted and they cut it with a dull blade. It had to be trimmed down making it not fit the frame we had already purchased. They did own up to it and did not charge us for the work. However, they did not own up to it until we asked - having noticed the problem. Also, when we went to pick it up, we called and told them we were in the car and on the way. They said "No problem" and then closed the shop before we got there. They are supposed to close at 5 and I arrived by 4:30. Highly dissatisfied with both the work and the customer service. Gave them 2 stars because they admitted to at least one wrong and because I was still able to make the print work by adding a wooden filler edge around the inside of the frame (like a matte). Would not recommend this place and would never use it again.
Awesome , friendly, professional and fast. Thay have my prints done every time by the time I need them . Sometimes with in an hour if I ask them too.
Great people running a top-notch operation! This is one of the cleanest and most orginized printing shops I've seen. When speaking the staff the quality mindset is obvious.
