Extremely happy with the result and it shipped out way quicker than expected. I had this DnD tankard/dice roller printed which has a very intricate design all around and it came out very clear! It also has a screw on top and a slide in base for the dice roller both of which are snug and perfectly fit. Very good experience and definitely going to be a return customer!

Great service, really quick turnaround, affordable pricing, and amazing quality! I work in an architecture firm and had to print a few models in a crunch. As soon as I got off the phone with Russell, they got the printer running and had the prints ready for shipping the next day! Fantastic quality. Great communication. Quick turnaround. We made the mistake of trying other companies for our prototype. The others returned shoddy work and/or wouldn't even try to problem solve our uncomplicated print.

I sent them a very large piece to be printed in ABS. If you're unaware, ABS often shrinks and/or warps, so many prints need to be adjusted before printing if you're doing it at home to make it accurate. I did NO ADJUSTMENTS to the size of my designed piece (which I had printed at home in PETG in multiple pieces). It came out *flawlessly*. I was very impressed with the speed, quality, price, and most importantly, accuracy. They accounted for shrinkage/warpage of my final piece without any input from me. Really, just a superb result. I'll be happily ordering with them again.

Communication was TERRIBLE. Many, many unreturned calls and voicemails. However, they did finish and the final product looks great. Unlikely to use again unless we have a long lead time available.
