I work for a local commercial general contractor in Nashville TN. I've been using ARC for many years. They are always fast and reliable, furthermore get my prints ready when I need them. So many times and I try to never put them in a bind but we need revised plans etc.. for our jobsites and or a meeting, and ARC has never failed me. They also offer delivery to your office (or wherever locally) which is nice. Never had a bad experience, but remember it's up to you to tell them what you need. If you need plans (full size in color) and or black / white print, then YOU need to tell them that. They do the rest. Great company
