We reached out to Royal Fortune 3D requesting trophies for a guacamole contest. Tonya and her staff were so helpful and responsive since day 1. She was communicative all the time, answered to all my questions and suggested the better options for my design. She had done 3 cute avocados, the quality was outstanding, vibrant colors, and right on time. The shipping was well done, they were 3 different sizes with a base and a 3D hat each one, one of them came separated but it wasn´t a big deal, a little glue put it back together. The order was placed on August 11 and I received them on Sep 9, my event was Sep 21st. Consider that each design is different and it might take longer than you expected. I am that kind of customer whose appreciate service, and I found in Tonya a professional work, my trophies required a plaque that she managed to have through a different provider. She took my project seriously and took care of every detail. I will request this years trophies with Royal Fortune 3D without hesitation.
