Ive worked with quite a few domestic and overseas manufacturers for MJF and SLS parts, but it appealed to me that they were in the same city as my company. They’ve far exceeded my expectations and produce parts that are much more consistent and finely finished than any other manufacturer I’ve worked with. Customer service is top notch; professional and courteous while at the same time personal and tailored to our needs. They feel more like partners in our endeavor. I manufacture around 4000 parts a month myself, but it’s making more and more sense all the time to have the team at I-Solids do it. I can’t overstate the value of the services they provide. I was impressed immediately upon finding this company through a Google search. The first thing which impressed me was the online quoting system. All i had to do was upload my files, add a quantity and I had an immediate quote. By the time I got around to putting in the order, i-Solids had received a very high priority order which tied up all of their FDM printers for over a month. I was given 2 options, use a more expensive service for the same price, or wait for a 25% discount. I took the 2nd option. Throughout the process Tai from i-Solids kept me in the loop on the status of my order. Everything arrived well packaged and looked great. After trying multiple 3d printing services to print my prototype design, I have finally found a solid 3d printing service! i-Solids has by far done the best job, specifically with MJF parts, so I am leaving a review of my experience. I thank everyone in the team and mostly Kason, who has given me the best service. I am lucky enough to live local near the company which allows me to pick up my parts, they also provide next day production which is very crucial for my product design, I am able to get my part in 1-2 days instead of a week which most services provide. When I went to pick up my part, I had a question about what other services the company provides and was greeted with Kason, he went above and beyond and gave me a tour of all the machines services they offer, he explained so much about all the machines and you can easily tell how passionate Kason is with his work. I forgot to mention the quality of the prints, they were superb, by far the best MJF prints. Kason explained how they achieve the best quality by focusing a lot on post production finishes. He showed me all the finishing options available and the work that gets put in to create these fantastic parts, even though I ordered 1 part of my design, they print duplicates so that they can choose the part with the best results because every print is usually not the same. Kason also respectfully asked me questions about my product and was giving me helpful ideas on how I can proceed with manufacturing. The overall experience was fantastic, I have since then ordered multiple times for my product. I highly recommend to try this company, you will see solid results!
