I contacted Ricky about servicing my Flashforge 3D Printer. The extruder was jammed with filament and so the printer would not print. From the start, he operated in a professional manner. When he arrived to the house, he went right to work. He was efficient, effective, knowledgeable, and took a professional approach to solving the problem I had with my printer. He was informative and also offered maintenance tips that I plan to use in the future. It was a an excellent experience. My printer is back on track.
