Smart Tech 3D Printing - 3D Printing Service in Washington

I had an appointment scheduled in advance for a specific day. I showed up, spent my time and money to get there, and when I called, they told me to reschedule for the next week. No prior notice, no apology. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

I have plenty of knowledge with 3-d printing and doing most repairs; however, I don’t like to fiddle with anything power related. I took it to this shop and got a great price. My printer now has power again. Staff was easy to work with. Thank you 😊

BUYER BEWARE- steer clear of this business. I had to repair or replace every single part of the work they were hired to do because it was such poor quality. Engineering was not to minimum safety standards. The raw materials were all damaged goods and could not be used. Not only does Atif believe that it's normal to lie to the consumer about pricing, he believes it's his "right" to make a profit off of you without you knowing it. I uncovered markups between 145%-294% while we were under a Fixed Fee contract. Markups that outrageous are not normal it's not ok and certainly not his "right". I also uncovered multiple items he charged me for that didn't occur and some physical items didn't even exist or if they do exist he refuses to give them to me. I lost over $80k with this company, I have proof of everything I claim here feel free to contact me if you want to know more - DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.

I don’t know about their 3D printing abilities, as they were never able to actually do any printing for me - or really communicate with me at all. Every time I called checking in on the process I had to remind them who I was and what I wanted done; and every time I was told that they’d get right on it. Finally, after waiting 13 days for them to “check with their engineer” about my prototype design, I resigned myself to one last call back. They, yet again, had no idea who I was or what my project entailed. Maybe they do great 3D printing. It would have been nice to find out.

My fiancé and I were walking by after hours and stopped to look through the large windows at the various displays. We had been talking about buying a 3d printer and were curious to see different models in person. We were met by an employee (or owner) that drove up and honked his horn at us. He then accused us of intending to rob the place and wouldn't stop harassing us until we walked down the street. I was appalled and furious and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. We were planning to make this business our go to place for 3d printing, but I'd rather not deal with a place that treats me like a criminal.
