I needed a maintenance kit for my HP315 printer. HP wanted me to pay and arm and 2 legs for this kit. I checked around and spoke with Luke Emery at Big Sys. He made it super simple to order from them. I'm in Texas and received my maintenance kit the next day!

Had a last minute emergency on a Friday evening with our HP 800w, a bad chip on a new ink cartridge. They were very accommodating, and even stayed late to make sure we could get the new ink cartridge we needed.

I just want to go a head and leave a review i just wanted to give some time to make sure I love it at Big Sys LLC lol. Ive been dealing with them since November of 2024 and they have been nothing bhut great help especially my guy LUKE the man. He is so patient and helpful doesn't rush you into buying things. He will explain everything to you with out a problem. I really appreciate him and the small bond we have built so far. He's very quick in replying to my emails to get my orders started. I refer everybody that's looking for a printer or media to Big Sys LLC. The plus side about them too is I get my shipments pretty quickly like next day quick. but if your looking for great large format printer and/or media you have definitely found the right place and your last stop be sure to ask for LUKE!!!
